Sessions cost £60 and last 50 minutes.
If you are interested in therapy, it is usually best to start with an initial, exploratory session which will give us the opportunity to meet, talk and see how we may work together. In this session you can ask me any questions and we can map out a potential therapeutic plan. For instance if you feel talking through the issue alone would be beneficial then that’s what we will agree to do. Or perhaps you are drawn to one or more aspects of my training; if so we will make that the focus of our therapy.
After the initial session, if we decide to continue working (I may refer you to another professional or colleague who will be better versed to meet your needs) we can then arrange to meet once a week at the same time, for an agreed length of time. Regular sessions are important part of the therapeutic journey. I suggest a minimum of six weekly sessions, after which we can evaluate and see how you feel going forwards. Sometimes that is enough, sometimes a longer arrangement may be helpful.
